Not a paper copy printed to look like one. We expose your picture onto genuine Fujifilm Instax Mini film, so what arrives is a real film card with the chemical depth and the soft, slightly unpredictable colour that only instant film has. Pocket sized, glossy, with a wide white border along the bottom for writing on.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order.
2. Email your photo to [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number in the subject line.
3. We print it onto film and post it within 3 to 5 working days.
4. If the file is too small or too dark to print well, we email you before using any film. Nothing gets printed without being right.

Send your photo within 7 days of ordering. If we don't hear from you we'll send a reminder, and if there's still nothing after 14 days we'll refund the order.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

• JPG, PNG or HEIC
• At least 800 × 1000 pixels. A photo straight off a modern phone is fine.
• Send the original file, not a forward through a chat app, which strips most of the detail.
• Bright, reasonably contrasty photos print best. Very dark images lose a lot of shadow detail on instant film, and that cannot be fixed after exposure.

ABOUT CROPPING
The image window is a portrait rectangle, taller than it is wide. Landscape and square photos get cropped to fit, centred by default. If you want a particular crop, or you'd rather we print it landscape, just say so in your email.

Want something handwritten on the wide bottom border? Send the exact words and we'll write them in black ink, up to 10 characters. Free.

ONE HONEST NOTE ABOUT INSTANT FILM
Every instant print is slightly different. Colours shift a little, edges can be soft, and no two are identical. That is the medium, not a defect, and it is most of why people want it. If you need an exact colour-perfect reproduction, a standard photo print is the better product.

By ordering you confirm the photo is yours or that you have permission to print it. We don't print anything explicit, hateful or illegal, and we'll refund you in full rather than print something we're not comfortable with.
